Make the unit to custom suit or budget needs. Not restricted to “X” size of kitchen, shower bath etc. What is available, appealing and cost effective, that’s the item to be used. Reconfigure internal with items availability- zero restrictions but subject to compliance.
Steel frame design eliminates all those costly header beams and lintels that are required with normal framing(timber)
What we provide:
We provide a full set of Architectural and Construction (detail) drawings with Engineering form 15 and other documents. Step by step instructions together with this a schedule of materials for estimate/budget purpose:
1. Details of cast in sleeve for columns
2. Column details. Can purchased cut & predrilled.
3. Rafter, tie beam& purlin details. All can be purchased pre drilled from supplier light gauge steel. Cut to size .
4. All connection cleats predrilled from supplier
5. Approx quantity of infill panel (preference timber – much easier to handle). Can be ordered premanufactured or make on site
6. Roof take-off including gutter/downpipe etc
7. External wall cladding
8. Internal wall cladding Perimeter only
9. Ceiling battens and gyprock
While the documents provide all information’s required; a small prototype is erected and available for guidance
